This current project offers over 50,000 square feet (4645.2 square meters) of retail space with over 150 apartments in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. This project is centrally located in the heart of Saratoga Springs, at the signalized intersection of Route 50 and Marion Ave, just east of I-87 (Northway) exit 15.
